A beautiful house in British properties area. The client didn’t like the old fashion designed so we did a remodeling for a modern design. We change the Family room, Living room, Entertainment room. And also We changed an unusable area in crawl space to a practical gym.

Condo Renovation
Esquimalt Ave, West Vancouver
It was an old condo in a very nice area in west Vancouver. We replace all the floor with a very good quality laminate. We changed the countertop, backsplash, Sink and faucet in the kitchen. The bathroom was so old style with a cast iron tub so we did a full bathroom renovation and it was a big change in this beautiful apartment.

It is a beautiful single family house in West Vancouver (Dundarave) with awesome view. This two story house had four bedroom, two bathroom, one kitchen and one laundry in total. We did a full renovation and changed it to two separate unite with three bedroom, two bathroom, one laundry and a kitchen for each one.
