   Do you ever get that feeling, when deciding to renovate your place, that I wish I had the skills and time to do it myself - Because this is your place and you are worried that the contractor might cut the corners? We forgot that feeling once we started working with Caniversal. The level of perfectism, attention to detail, and customer friendliness by far exceeded what we were expecting. Mr. Bahrami treats your place like his own. No doubt why Caniversal is so respected in the community which is a further plus as subcontractors are really committed to this company in delivering on their promises.    Caniversal renovated my entire 1986 built condo into a modern looking apartment. Hossein from Caniversal was my general contractor, who also did the majority of the work himself with Sina, his assistant. We were turning the place upside down, tearing down walls and making new ones, so there were a lot of tricky details that needed to be managed (See the attached before/after pictures).
Caniversal did the entire thing end to end in an unbelievably short time of only 4 months! Given the amount of changes that were done no one would believe they could pull it off so quickly and with such quality and price!
Hossein is meticulous! His attention to details beats my OCD 100 times.
He does not leave things unfinished. Since the renovation he's been my go to contractor for myself and my family and we couldn't be happier.

   I used Caniversal services for my house renovation twice. The first time was in 2017 when I first bought my house and the second time was end of 2020. My project included addition of a new kitchen, lighting, laundry, bathroom remodeling, and interior finishing work.
